well, there are several things you could try, but your body will ultimately determine if they work or not.
a) you can try intermittent fasting (eat only certain hours of the day or fast for maybe two days a week) or, zig-zag your calorie intake by eating more one day and less the next, but keeping the same weekly intake. just be careful that your body doesn’t go into starvation mode if you chose to try fasting.
b) change up your exercise routine & try weight/strength training
c) eat less carbs and more protein
